This system is horrible, it glitches and closes out. For all the money we pay.. this doesn’t make sense. I’ve never had more issues signing into something like I do this app/site! It never updates. It NEVER recognizes any of my info! Even transponder #. Two stars might be too much actually. ### 1/5 — Log in loop *2025-04-16* For many years, I used Harbour tunnel plan commuting with three different cars over the years. When I retired, it worked for a year or two and I was just spending like 2 tolls a year. Then it charged me $40 on my credit card and then wouldn’t let me login. Had to close the account but eventually got my money back. ### 1/5 — Login Issue for Months *2025-03-28* I’m not sure if anyone is working on this app because I haven’t been able to login due to some functionality bug for months. Clearly it is not the login info because I can login through the website on my computer just fine. I keep getting locked out of my account with too many login attempts on this app. It is so useless now - just go to the website ### 1/5 — Trash *2025-02-25* I kept getting an error when I tried to create my account, but it didn’t specify what the issue was. There were absolutely no mistakes on my end (i made people review the information I was trying to submit). I also tried the sign-in option, but every nickname I chose was supposedly linked to an existing account, even though no such issue was mentioned during the sign-up process. ### 1/5 — Delete toll services *2024-06-13* Id give zero stars if i could. Worse app there is to ever use. Doesn’t surprise me tho. Customer service is the same way worst experience you’ll ever have with customer service. The only way that you can even save a card on there for future use you have to sign up for automatic replenishment. If you don’t want to do that then you have to type in your information EVERY time. Also they allowed for Apple and google pay for about a week and then they took it away. This app is extremely convenient. I cannot use the website on my phone at all because it always says bad gateway. The app though? EASY, NO CONSTANT REFRESH. I AM FREED. It remembers my login just fine. Works fast.
