They advertise one price—$234—then by the end of the day, they try to steal from you by forcing you to pay four times that amount for a whole month’s fee. The person on the chat is not just arrogant—they’re completely incapable of even basic understanding. I swear, this person has the brain of a two-year-old, zero education, and absolutely no business being in a customer service role. They’re trying to rob people, and they don’t even have the brains to hide it. This company is a disgrace—stay far, far away. It can get really expensive so if you drive long distances often you can run up the bill because they charge extra over a certain amount of miles. Their complete failure to deliver on what they promised has caused us significant financial stress and inconvenience. This company is unreliable and dishonest, and we are now planning to pursue legal action against them for the damages they have caused.
