Sent email to tech support. In the email they said to expedite the volume of calls they receive, they suggest I input my RIFD and other information. The app won’t let me, due to the error message. Not only are the vacuums horrible, now I’m experiencing problems with the app they suggested I download to cancel my membership. Apps should be simple to navigate and provide an easy way find your way around to access info and update account details. This one is awful! I have a membership and needed remove a vehicle that I sold and add a new one. Couldn’t be done on the app. Had to go into office and have manager do it on his end. App still shows old vehicle and new one does not appear. Wanted to upgrade wash subscription and also could not be done on app. Again had to go into manager’s office for him to do that. Now I need to update info for the card used for the monthly payment. Impossible to do on the app as far as I can tell. There is no point of having it when it is totally worthless to manage your account. ### 1/5 — Beware!! They won’t let you cancel membership! SCAM *2025-12-10, version 9.2.2290* Beware! I have tried many times through all their portals to cancel my membership. Membership will not cancel. They keep billing and do not refund money. You cannot cancel through the app. You cannot remove cars through the app. You cannot remove your credit card through the app. If you call customer service, you’ll get an AI which will claim they’re going to do these things and they do not beware this is a trap a scam and you should avoid 100%. It’s a shame as the car wash isn’t too bad, but they don’t seem to ever want to let you out of your membership. No response from text message. No response from online chat. Even going to the store ends up being told the manager is not in store. Nothing can be done except she/he “will tell” the manager.
