Can’t get into the app as it gets stuck on the validation, please help

Booked a taxi for 1815 last night. Phoned the office to change it to 1845 which was fine. No taxi had come by 1900 tried ringing the office multiple times and no answer. Used another taxi service and went in the office to get told “have you seen the weather” a text saying it was delayed would of been find but nothing. App kelts saying connecting. Awful service
