The location is also not accurate, my money and time both got wasted, very poor service and no contact number of driver is mentioned. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2025-09-04, version 1.0.14* If you have a time to catch this is very unreliable. The expected time arrival in the app is not true. in my experience pick up tine is 6:05, The bus arived at 6:20. You need to constantly call the driver to verify the whereabouts and sometimes vehicle details is not accurate as per app. ### 1/5 — Worst service ever *2025-05-18, version 1.0.13* The woman who handles the whole driven (customer service) LYDEE is a full fledged Racist. She gives discounts to filipino customers, she doesn’t pick up calls of other nationality, only picks up filipino customers call. The drivers are not professional at all. The driver uses phone to use reels and facebook and make calls. Lydee is an extreme racist. She not only disconnects the call but she writes personal messages to customers. She is of Zero help. And always talk in tagalog, if you dont know, you dont get importance or respect. Please if the management could hear me , please check her phone and look how she interacts with the customer. Worst customer service ever. The buses are new with air conditioning and I can track the location of the bus via the app. ### 5/5 — Great Service *2025-04-23, version 1.0.13* Have used DrivenBus for 2 months now to travel to work in JVC. Bus is new with air conditioning and my driver is always friendly.
