Says email sent successfully but not receiving. Not in spam or trash. Who knows? Needs some serious work. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2020-06-07, version 3.9.0* I have only had this app for about two weeks or so and at first I had no problems with it and all of a sudden I got kicked out and was asked to log in and I can’t. I’ve tried everything. I called customer service earlier this week and it just all of a sudden started working again and now it won’t let me log back in again. SOOOOO FRUSTRATING!!!!! ### 1/5 — Can’t Login!!! *2020-05-13, version 3.9.0* Initially when this app launched I figured out all of the stupid tricks to get account activation to work. Ok I’ve been logged in for a while now. All of a sudden last month I have to login again. Fine whatever, except now I CANT LOGIN AT ALL. This app is incredibly terrible. Seriously fire whoever made it because it’s crap. It barely works. I still get notifications on trips but I can’t login to see my score or the logs. ### 1/5 — Love the idea of an app but can’t even login. *2020-01-17, version 1.0* I can’t login to my account and I’ve tried creating an account. Seriously! Got the email less that 3 hours ago.. App support takes to fbfs.com. Couldn’t find app support. I tried deleting and downloading it again, but cant sign in. It states there is no network connection, even though my data and wifi are both working. This app has not been updated in at least a year. ### 1/5 — App won’t work *2022-10-09, version 3.12.0* The app logged me out and now I’m trying to reset my password. I enter my email and the activation code, but when I go to type in the new password it says “password does not meet the password requirements.” The check marks are all green and YES IT DOES MEET THE REQUIREMENTS! I’ve tried multiple passwords and still the same message pops up. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2022-05-10, version 3.12.0* This app is horrible. Doesn’t always work. Use to be free now they charge you to look at information that you should have access to anyway for free. For charging people now that app should work way better then it already does. ### 1/5 — I’d give it 1/2 if I could *2022-01-22, version 3.12.0* Unstable, glitchy app. Forgets your credentials and when you ask to reset, the email takes hours to arrive. On a road trip, it suggested that we were traveling 186 mph! Yeah, in a 2011 Nissan Murano! I tried calling the help line and they said they didn’t know anything about it or how to assist. So basically the app is useless. I’m getting alerts that a trip has been completed, but can’t log in to see anything. It appears that trips are being recorded, but all three of us are sitting in the same room, so I know we are not driving. It could possibly be a delayed trip, but again, I can’t log in to see anything! ### 1/5 — Very glitchy *2020-12-04, version 3.9.0* The app is not working well. Has glitches like it won’t allow me to enter my policy number in order to set it up. It’s high on the screen and won’t scroll high enough to tap and enter. Also, requires a unnecessarily long password. I don’t need this app to be highly secure so it’s just a hassle to force me to do an extra long password. Nuisance. ### 1/5 — Can’t login and website dead *2020-08-28, version 3.9.0* Can’t login and website dead. Looks like support for the web ended November 2019, and this app doesn’t work. Can’t login, password reset doesn’t work. Great ## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated) ### 2/5 — Please use proper English/upgraded app is not good *2021-01-18, version 3.10.4* The statement made on the app that says . “Scores may not be unavailable.” is not proper English and thus will most likely be confusing. It should be-“ Scores may be unavailable.” OR “Scores may not be available.” Is it that hard to hire an employee that uses proper English? This app used to be good, but the “upgrade??” is terrible! Had same problems logging in as did apparently many other folks. Are you trying to save money by hiring app programmers who don’t know what they are doing? Looks like it backfired!
