Not recommended. ### 2/5 — Treat unfairly *2026-01-16, version 4.5.1* It’s all good until you run into car trouble then they will cheat you out your money. I went out 5hrs and 20mins. I had another 1hr 40mins to go before my engine light came on and stopped on the highway. They told me I will get paid for my earnings before handing it off to someone else. Payouts are only once a week on Thursdays, with no instant cash-out option, which is unusual for a gig platform. Pay rates are not shown upfront and there’s no negotiation runs are posted at a set price, often below market value. Mid-run, dispatchers sometimes add low-paying jobs, creating pressure to accept them without proper review. For drivers to succeed, Airspace should offer transparent pay details, fair rate negotiation, and on-demand payout options. Without these updates, the earning potential and driver satisfaction will remain low compared to other gig platforms. This app needs serious improvement. You have to wait a full week to get paid on Thursdays no instant cash-out option at all, which is standard on other gig apps. They don’t let you see your pay upfront, they lowball runs, and they don’t negotiate rates just throw out a number and expect you to take it. Dispatchers even try to slip in cheap runs Pay is often not worth the time or gas. Or when you do hear the tone go off offer expired. The best is when something just appears on your screen is halfway through the time of opportunity to get an offer. This is not a five star review. Then the same offer comes back over and over again. Also when on a job and another job comes in, you can’t check to see that job offer without the app keep pushing you back to the job you are on. The notifications for the app should be a little more noticeable and or alert you of a new offer available. 2. The fact that it takes 5-7 days after the job time is complete to see your payout in your bill account to me is way too long if everything has been signed for and accepted we should be able to either cash out immediately or see payment 1-2 days max. 3. I do enjoy the integration between maps and communicating with support they are extremely responsive and work quickly to resolve any issues you have and work well to find solutions 4. Adding, removing, and updating vehicles is a long process of emails and paperwork. I think the company can find a way to streamline this process to help the driver make changes for the day of driving. Overall this is a great option to some occasional money to what you do full-time but i haven’t seen the benefits of utilizing this as a good day to day opportunity. If they fix some of the bugs and offer more pickup opportunities I think this will be a strong contender in daily work. ### 1/5 — DON’T! *2024-06-25, version 4.4.5* Don't drive for these people. After a month, they still haven't paid my earned money. Besides that, you will not know how much you will make from the delivery until you complete it. For example definitely need a louder tone for job notification, even having the app open its not loud or catchy enough to get someones attention if im not looking at it. Same with when out of the app, when app running in background the notification should be very loud so it can catch the driver’s attention. Also it definitely has connection issue because there are many times that i get the text for a job that im very close by but i didnt get it in the app and thats very weird that i have to call in to get the order when im already super close. One other thing is the emails. I dont understand the purpose of the emailing when we are using the app. You should add some more boxes and options for the dispatchers to be able to give all the information we get in email instead in the app. I believe with a little more work on the app it can turn all hustle away from the driver so they can focus on the task more than figuring out the app and informations by switching between email and app. Thanks. ### 5/5 — Advice for our developers (Good overall) *2019-11-07, version 2.17.0* As a driver i would like to get a job notification popping in the whole screen not only that small BANNERS coming from the top and also want to hear its sound to be like the iPhone emergency alert for floods which is high.
