Is the app broken?  All I get is the little circle in the middle of a white screen.

App does not allow access to users and there is no help option on App or website. It’s pretty crappy.

The app tells me my email isn’t correct or my password but i use this everyday to sign in on their website but it doesn’t work on the app don’t waste ur time

The app needs the ability to record times even without a data or WiFi connection. Users should be able to record times even without a connection and then the next time the app has a connection it uploads those times. Even without a data or WiFi connection workers still work.

Why does it log out when my phone has a poor data connection? Why not have the app continue to operate and let me record times then when a better data connection is available the app uploads my times?

Its a great app. I just wished it worked properly. I have a pickup across the street from another one and it figures a 15 minute difference to the same drop off location. And other similar issues like telling me something is an hour away when it is 30 minutes away. I don't know how much time I spend replanning routes after someone has supposedly already done that. Its just a waste of time, money and resources, not to mention extra work that Im not getting paid for. Fix these issues and it would be a great app.

Me and my team couldn’t be happier with the improvement Driver Schedule has made. We have our drivers use the mobile app, and they are loving it. Very user friendly.

Not sure what these critical reviews are talking about.  Yes, you must be using the program to use the APP, the APP is a compliment to the program.  If you schedule drivers, this program is a time-saver and life-saver!!!
