I have to run up and down stairs to tune as very little is accessible in the app…We also have 4 driveracks which the driverack app, outsourced to a different software company than the venue, works perfectly…. The product works great but not being able to use the app because of its lack of compatibility with modern devices is frustrating. Half the app is off the screen with no way to access the controls. Take the app advertising off the box or you will continue to get frustrated customers. ### 1/5 — Dead and neglected app *2024-06-20, version 2.0.5* This app is dead beyond reason. Harman/Samsung should either update the app to work on the new iPads or just delete it from the App Store and take out tablet functionality on their product marketing. Now it is completely unusable. The screen ratio is completely wrong - squashed to the left, but then runs off the bottom of the screen with no scroll bars. You cannot access any of the confirmation buttons. Harman must be aware of this so why is there no fix? As professionals we pay huge sums for their equipment. Tried on older iPad and brand new iPad Pro. App is useless unless used on a PC. Disappointing after upgrading from older DriveRack to the Venu. I expect to be able to use the advertised software for the product.
