It sometimes has connection issues. Additionally, notifications are not working properly. It would be great to have notification badges on the app icon to see how many pending trips I have. I’m not sure they’ve ever been in a car before. Every action in the app has a 3 second timer and there are a dozen steps to every task so simple things take far longer than necessary. Heads up to drivers being asked to use this software: there is no tipping function built into the app. I’ll say that again: somebody built a car service app but didn’t consider how drivers would be tipped. Folks I wish I was making this up. Also random items that will be missing from the bill, so you’ll need to know the total in your head when you ring your passenger up or you’ll have no idea what to charge. How does a company feel confident to publish this type of software - clunky, confusing and outdated. Can’t believe people pay for this? Here in South Australia the times shown for “customer in car” and “completed” are 24 hours behind. The time stamp on every job is for example 8:30 Monday — 7.30 Tuesday showing that it took 24 hours to perform the job which is stupid. It is cumbersome to sift through jobs list chronologically when all jobs have format 8:30 Monday - 7:30 Tuesday. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM. ### 2/5 — Constant Loading loop for pending jobs *2023-06-04, version 4.3.2* Please fix this problem. When you go on duty it asks you to select a vehicle, but it often has no vehicle to select, and with out selecting a vehicle it won’t allow you to change the status of a job. Amateur programming at best ### 1/5 — Auto log out *2025-07-09, version 4.6.1* Taxis and yuckber have auto log out after 12hours.
