How do I start using DriverDash?
Before you can download and use DriverDash, you must first receive an invitation from the manager of your fleet card account. Once invited, you will receive an email with a link to create a username and password, which you will then use to log in to the DriverDash app. 

Please note: If any other method is used to install DriverDash, the app WILL NOT work at the pump or charging station. If you need to receive an invitation, please contact the manager of your fleet card account. 

How do I use DriverDash to pay at the pump or charging station?
1. Before fueling, launch the DriverDash app on your phone
2. Tap Activate Station and select your pump or charging station
3. When your account prompt appears, you can activate the pump or charging station by entering your Driver ID, scanning your fingerprint, or using your facial recognition

I really like the App. I wish you would add the Walmart chargers to the lineup.

Sometimes it works phenomenally and other times it tells me that the vehicle is ready for charging when it is clearly charging.
I’ve had it disconnect from the server, in turn disconnecting me from the charging station.

The app needs a lot of bug fixes still.

The app on the iPad does not allow for adding cards. When pressing the button to add it does nothing. Also, the app continues to give us Session Expired messages after about an hour and kicks our users out. This is a major inconvenience as we do not supply our users with their passwords for Fuel security purposes. Help!

App won’t find station for fueling, or even populate a map of Shell locations, even with location services enabled on iPhone. Has been buggy for years now but for past several months it doesn’t work to find stations at all. Pretty critical problem.

I was very happy with app until my go to gas station did not appear on the app. You can still pay with the card but the app does not recognize the station .  Called support but they are in the dark . So back of using the card again . Not recommending the app because it does not show available gas stations .
