When pressing the button to add it does nothing. Also, the app continues to give us Session Expired messages after about an hour and kicks our users out. This is a major inconvenience as we do not supply our users with their passwords for Fuel security purposes. My account information is correct and I’ve received this same error on multiple devices so it’s definitely an app issue. Contacted the developer for support and their only piece of advice was to delete the app, restart my phone and reinstall. I had already done this because that’s the most basic piece of troubleshooting one can do. Of course it didn’t work. The phone rep literally told me she would keep her fingers cross that it worked for me. The only other thing that she offered was to put in a ticket. But that’s already been done and I truly believe they’re already aware that there is an issue and just don’t care to fix it. Why produce an app that you can’t support? Makes no sense. Don’t even waste your time or phone memory downloading this app. ### 1/5 — Very Bad Update *2023-04-11* This app has been absolutely horrible since the update.
