It’s absolutely ridiculous and a danger. False no stop detections. False alarms in general. It causes distraction to a semi truck driver. Terrible products. ### 1/5 — Ruining the business *2026-01-08, version 8.3* This software singlehanded ruins the business and rips the fun out of driving. It’s made to track you, collect data and micro manage you since you can’t be physically watched by managers and dispatch. If we are talking about safety for accidents and keeping you out of prison if someone gets hurt and it’s not your fault or something it’s 100% amazing for that because of the cameras. But as far as daily driving and feeling like a micro managed driving slave it does just that. I hope that every driver leaves the company when they see the camera system and makes companies wake up. This is coming from top driver with a high driver score 95% of the time by the way. Cant read construction zone speed limits. Gives speeding warning on construction zones where it says follow posted limit where workers are present. ### 1/5 — A Cruel and Unfunny Joke at your expense. *2025-10-26* I honestly cannot work out why any company or driver would make the decision to use this app. It is barely functional at best, over a year and a half of using it, the action of simply ending route and reviewing it always always resulted in an app crash. If the fact that it literally cannot perform it's intended function most of the time without crashing is not a good indication of it's inherent lack of even basic utility, let me tell you a little more. It's supposed to review your driving and rate it, and is linked to a 2 way dashcam. Many companies such as Amazon will use this as a metric of driver safety. For Amazon said score can actively affect whether or not you are given work or can result in you loosing your job during their periodic ramp downs of drivers. One would assume that as people's livelihood's can be affected that this would be an extremely reliable metric, before remembering that "just good enough" is the usual preferred level of corporate quality. This app fails even by that lowly metric. The slightest movement in the van will set off a "distracted driver" alert. To list a few things that have set it off for me: - eating a sandwich -looking in the mirror -looking at my satnav -scratching my head - looking from left to right without moving my head -yawning -going over a speedbump -going over any bumpy or poorly surfaced road. -absolutely nothing. This detection is no better when it comes to actual driving. If you have to break suddenly for any number of reasons (most of which relate to other drivers and not you, and almost all of which relate to your personal and vehicular safety,) it records that as dangerous driving. The act of driving down a bumpy road, of which there are many, or even walking with you phone in a trouser pocket will also result in censure for dangerous driving. Finally, the device tracks your speed limit. Almost all of the speed limits it tracks are incorrect, either too low or just flat out wrong. You will be told you are speeding whilst going at the national speed limit, and literally on random stretches of insignificant country road where the app believes have 5mph speed limits. All of these issues have been frequently reported by myself any many others, but driveri remains the same. It would be worthy of contempt in a vaccum, but as it literally affects many people's livelihood's it's worthy of nothing but open hatred. If you can, avoid like the plague. ### 1/5 — Can’t focus with all the distractions from this thing *2025-10-18* Quiet literally get some sort of noise (in city traffic) every 5 seconds and, if your company actually uses the logs it keeps to critique your driving then you may as well hang up your keys and find a company that doesn’t use this bloatware. There is a loophole that prevents the camera and app from talking though….. Still a horrible product that only seems to exist to annoy drivers and ding them for every little infraction; even if it isn’t our fault. ### 1/5 — App for Slaves *2025-10-02* This is the slavery app that Amazon use to fire their slaves. If you are going to rely on an app that tracks drivers every movement, at least use a sensible app, not this garbage. You idiots and the slave trader Amazon should be ashamed of yourselves. Delete your stupid app ### 1/5 — Just a bad app for companies to spy *2025-08-16* This is bad wrong speed limits causing you to brake when there’s cars behind violations for non working traffic lights following distance when there’s high traffic Leave space they want cars pass in front violation! Overly sensitive programming by people who have never operated a CMV. AI? Maybe. The Articficial part is correct, but the intelligence aspect of it? Just applying the brakes is a hard brake. If a car pulls in front of you too close that is a violation. A.i garbage ### 1/5 — Not built keeping semi truck in mind. *2026-06-21* I bet whoever built this app never put foot inside semi truck. Stopping at sudden signal turning yellow is not easy for trucks. If we do try to stop it marks it has hard braking. Cars can stop but semi cant. There are no time screens at signals in most states. If we try to slow down reaching signal light traffic behind us start honking and cutting us off which causes frustration for drivers. Because now driver had to increase following distance infront of car which causes to more traffic to comes in front. I am sure it works fine with cars not for trucks though. ### 1/5 — Ai is not even up to par in paying attention to the events happening on the road. *2026-06-16* On a rainy day a car cuts me off I hit the brakes and being in an empty tractor trailer with a Moffett in the back the tractor starts to slide off the road… I use the trailer brake lever to gain control and it gives me a hard brake for 80+ point deduction. The real kicker is at an intersection I have the green light and I’m about to cross when an ambulance comes out of the left intersection to cross and I have to come to a complete stop to avoid blocking the intersection with tractor trailer and it hits me with a hard brake 90+ point deduction. Maybe Ai doesn’t register emergency vehicles and idiot drivers trying to clip the bumpers off the semi 🤷🏻‍♂️ ### 1/5 — The most unintelligent ai ever *2026-05-08* Let’s start with its ridiculous gamification. A driver can drive the same route the same exact way on two separate days and one day the system scores 1025. The next day 1000. It can’t process when a vehicle is pulling away at 15+ MPH and still says “maintain safe distance” You can move over for a vehicle on the shoulder 100 times and maybe get a star for 1. The idiots who designed this think that looking down is a distraction. Never mind all your gauges, climate control, and other switches are don and you have to look at them. The developers laude safety and lure fleets in with fabricated stories and fail to deliver on any real promises. But hey it has a safety bow tie on it so it’s safe. 🙄🙄🙄🙄 ### 1/5 — Anxiety *2026-05-01, version 9.2* I never had anxiety a day in my life until this talking toaster was put in my truck. ### 1/5 — Bug as of last update *2026-04-03, version 9.0* Program stuck on yesterday data, after yesterday update. Every time you open it. It is on yesterday information ### 1/5 — System is a Joke *2026-03-30, version 8.7* This camera system has been nothing but frustrating. It constantly flags and calls out every little thing, even when you’re driving safely and doing nothing wrong. It feels like it’s designed to nitpick instead of actually improve safety. ### 1/5 — Big brother watching *2026-03-22, version 8.7* By far the most survelience ever. It tags you distracted for sipping your gd coffee and grades you on things that arent normal happenings on the road. Its invasive and its a distraction it will yell out your speding when your truck cant do the speed limit. This is grounds for class action law suit. Drivers need to stick together and not be divided on this invasive distraction ### 1/5 — Trash *2026-03-20, version 8.7* I drive oversized loads and it contstantly gives me notifications for lane conducting if I’m allowing people to pass or if I have to use both lanes and you could have a 3.7 second following distance and drive 200 miles on rural highways and it never changes the following distance it’s a joke ### 1/5 — Bad all around *2026-03-03, version 8.6* It’s 2026 and there app can’t load. Camera quality terrible. Docks you for going through a yellow, docks you for stopping at the yellow. Most drivers take the sign of “I haven’t gotten into an accident” as the validation they are a good driver. When the reality is they simply have been more lucky than a safe driver. As someone who is on the road a few days a week and stuck reviewing driver alerts another few days, it’s really funny to see that the drivers that always have an excuse for the dumb thing they did on the road that NEVER included them are apparently soooo butthurt about it that they go and write a review crying. Especially when it’s stuff this company has NOTHING to do with and is 110% Amazon’s rules. The only thing that’s easier than not getting alerts is being able to own up to your mistake if you do. One thing I’ve learned though is that my fellow drivers are some of the biggest crybabies on the planet though lol But I guess I’ll say something about the app since I’m apparently one of the only people that actually use it that’s writing a review. App functionality compared to the web version could very easily be brought closer together to have the same capabilities. So many easy to implement things that the web version has, the app never has. The app is only useful to take a quick glance at a video, otherwise pretty much useless.
