If you would like to cancel the subscription, please go to the settings section inside the app and we have a dedicated section to manage your subscription or you can also go here via the official apple website as well: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428?d. DriverPal should work to analyze your rides as long as you have set up the permissions up properly, and we would love to have the opportunity to help you set everything up correctly so you do not miss any analysis during your shifts.
