Too many bugs and glitches. Unable to set price per hour, very confusing. I have tried deleting the app and redownloading it. Still no luck. Even tried downloading it on my wife's phone and the same thing happens on her phone. One because the owner was out of town (but the dates where showing the car was available) another one said that she was working and the 3rd one I don’t even remember but it was something like that. Make me question the validity of them as there is no way to log in. Asked for a user name and password but gives no link to create one. Sign in with google account? Ok cool! Nope fails there too. I am a hagerty member I’ll try that log in info. Nope! As far as I can see this is a 100% fail. To those that say it works great are you really using it or just a bogus review designed to up the numbers? I really like the flexibility and the tools they provide for hosts. I can custom build trips and trip proposals, can modify time of pickup/price/ delivery at ease. Definitely the way to go if you’re looking for a car for production, special event or even if you just want to drive a classic car fr LA to Palm Springs for holiday. ### 5/5 — New Full-functioning version *2018-10-03, version 2.0* The new version of the app (Sept. 2018) is even better. I created my account on the website. ### 3/5 — Something wrong with security *2025-12-07, version 3.3.8* Every time after completed trip there is a scam coming right in the inbox-right inside the platform with suggestions to follow some links to unblock the account. I guess there is some wholes in security of this platform. Another thing if people write to you something to clarify about the car initially and you have more than one car-you never know what exact car they are writing about. So you need to ask them “what car are you interested in?” It would be better if there was some indication about what car out of your collection people is interested in. ### 3/5 — iOS 13 *2019-09-22, version 2.6* Constantly crashes in iOS 13. Could not check in. Please update for iOS 13 ### 2/5 — Useful but frustrating *2026-05-02, version 3.3.8* It’s nice that they have this app, but it takes so long to do things. It logs out frequently, and the login process sucks. If you try to log in via Google the function buttons don’t show up until you kill it and restart. And logging in via password is annoying, cause it doesn’t autofill your email. Then you actually start using it, and every transition to a new section is super long, and it sometimes gets hung up on a submit. They don’t have a way to check the car in for a rental from within the rental, you’ve gotta go to a different section. And the picture submission process is annoying, since it takes several taps just to submit 1 photo, unlike Turo’s process that lets you snap several in rapid succession.
