Have tried to get this crappy app to work but to no avail.  Shows that they did bug fixes but I still can’t log in.  Now at least when I try to reset my password, it says successful and to check email for code.  Code never comes so how successful is it?  Fix this!!!

App supports a program that rewards people for bad driving; hard acceleration and braking leads to the state sending you more money. Additionally, had to remove crash notification device from OBDII port to support app dongle. Hope no one crashes into to me because app program made my car less safe.

This app is very poor. It takes 2 minutes to get past the DriveSync screen and another minute to get to the trip log which is blank. Not data from
tracker in my car.

Loaded this app on my Android phone and it does not report trip mileage.  Always shows 0.00 miles.  Logged into account via PC and it accurately reflects mileage. So device is working.  Loaded iOS version on iPad and it reports the same inaccurate 0.00 miles. App developer has apparently not updated or looked at any feedback.  Even if the app is free, developer may have been overpaid.  Simple fix.  Point to the correct data field! Surely they have time these days.  And then maybe not.  One week later they have opened a case!  Out 4 years and garnered three poor reviews.  Why am I and two other users even trying?  Because we are obviously also slow to respond.
