If the app is to help reduce check calls, why not include the necessary availability for the driver to communicate that? I enter 9 of my 10 digits in my phone number and the button highlights to request code. I proceed to put in the 10th digit and then select request code and I never receive it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still does not work. I then call Project44 help line @ (312) 376-8883 and selected option 3 for technical support. After listening to the music blaring for 15 minutes I hung up. I called back and selected “0” for an operator and she was very pleasant and gave me another number to call ((312) 300-7952). I called and it goes to voicemail. I left a message but I honestly do not expect to receive a return phone call. Pathetic service. I agree with the other posters. MacroPoint is the way to go. Because my number shows up, I choose that and the verification button is still hidden under the suggested number. Therefore I cannot verify. With current technology in the marketplace, requirements on trucks, and communication abilities there is no reason for this type of application to be required, at all. It’s just another form of squeezing more profit at the expense of the drivers. Brokers who require it should go on your blacklist. It’s understandable that you’ve already planned out the load so get it done then block the broker, requiring this app is unreasonable and should be criminal. ### 1/5 — Refuse to download. *2024-07-15, version 2.14.8* They can view screen, monitor audio, Download photos, videos, look at your search history, activate camera, spy on you, disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies, sell your data, obtain passwords and usernames, see the videos you watch, social media messages, private files, With out exclusively getting your consent and purposely make it very vague so you won’t notice, and act like you have a choice of what you share and when you end sharing, this is a obvious scam for dirty trucking companies doing shady business, if you know your technology, find the data extracted illegally from your device and follow the data and where it was stored, and you know what to do after that. Use your tools wisely Collect what you need and slam the hammer down for the data breach and get what’s rightfully yours from these criminals. Educate your selves on how to capture the breach as it happens and trace it back. Know your rights. Use your rights. ### 1/5 — Why oh why *2024-04-15, version 2.13.9* Why would this grimy app request your “Motion and fitness activity”. I couldn’t find an explanation in their TOS. A user on reddit claimed they were tracking him long after he completed a load, so absolutely delete this spyware app after you no longer need it. ### 1/5 — Does not work. *2024-04-01, version 2.13.9* Still get obnoxious calls from brokers/shippers. If you want to know where the load is out a gps tracker on the load, or provide the driver with a company phone.
