I have a device and an app and no way to use it. A previous review had a link that goes nowhere. I just had a trip where I set my cruise at 73 and it tagged me at 86, 89 and 92 mph at various times. DriveWell blames Apple but if it won’t work with iPhone then they should find a better way. Our last car tracking app did not have these errors. ### 1/5 — Stupid *2019-04-15* Why make me go to a website to get a token? PUT IT IN THE APP!! Or at least the instructions to do so. Most people, myself included, don’t want to jump thru hoops to get an app to work. Fix it and I may come back to give it a try. **Developer response:** Hi Jaybee111, we're sorry you found registration frustrating. The registration token is currently in the app, right at the top of the description, so you do not need to go to a website to get the token number. Hopefully this is what you were looking for. There’s no mention as to where or how to get this token. Looking at other reviews everyone has the same issue. How do I get the token????????? ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-05-21, version 6.5.0* I used to refer to this app whenever I drove somewhere, but now I can’t even open it. I’ve tried both a Returning User login and New User to no response. I had communications with Cambridge about three years ago when I suggested they do a Radio promotion, but they were uncooperative. Maybe they’ve gone broke! ### 1/5 — Question. *2023-04-10* I am trying to log in as a new driver and it asks for name email and token. What is the token ### 1/5 — Has potential but needs serious work. *2022-12-19, version 6.1.0* Have this for work and it’s a pretty cool app for some of the features. Biggest problem is that it dings you for speeding but doesn’t know what the actual posted speed limit is. It’s a constant problem to always be contacting them about it. And then they want to use you as free labor to go take pictures and send them of speed limit signs so they can update it. Also drains battery always using your location. Could be a handy app but it’s more of a fraud and pain in the butt. ### 1/5 — Door Dash *2022-11-17* I’m piloting this with Door Dash as a Driver. Beware. Significant lag time forced me to uninstall this app so I could continue Dashing. 20 second lags between any sort of interaction with Dash app when this app is turned on. Dasher app returned to normal after uninstalling this app. iPhone 13 Pro Max. ### 1/5 — Terrible accuracy *2022-06-27* I am currently sitting at a 48 after months of using this ridiculous app! I literally never use my phone when driving even before I installed this app yet I always get dinged for phone usage. No matter what it literally ALWAYS says I’m speeding - partly because it’s inaccurate and very outdated. For example, I noticed the other day it said the speed limit was 55 when the posted speed limit on the highway clearly stated 55. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-05-05* Definitely not accurate, I have never in my life used my phone while driving but the app took off points for using my phone…. Every time I stop at a stop sign it takes off for braking. I have never had a ticket or been pulled over and I’m 47 years old…. I am very careful to obey the laws. I don’t want the app to always know where I am. Feels like an invasion of privacy. If you want it to track your stats while you drive it works fine, but if you set it to anything except always allow it locks up the app and won’t let you do anything until you change that setting. ### 2/5 — Token *2019-07-09* Why don’t you just do everyone that would like to use this app a favor and just get rid of the token requirement. Today is July 9, 2019 and, just like the reviewer 24 months ago, I still have to get off of the app’s sign in screen, type in 93 gabillionty eleven letters to get to a website, then go back to the app and it’s sign in screen to type in the token. These additional steps are unnecessary, stupid, rude, a waste of time and just annoying as F!!! Why don’t you react to over 2 years of reviews saying the EXACT SAME THING and fix this? You’re obviously aware of this issue, you must know it’s annoying to your potential users, yet you do nothing to fix it besides replying to each reviewer.
