Same as everyone else.....it won’t let me log in. What is the point of an app you can’t log into! Very frustrating

Can’t even use the app as it isn’t even letting me log in, just keeps saying user name and password is wrong, however when I log in on safari it works

Every time I try to log in it says that my password/username is wrong. Wishing I stuck with RAC black box insurance as their app actually works. Now I have to copy a link to use safari every time I want to check my score. 🤬

Every time i try to log in with my DriveXpert log in, it comes up saying “error” and “incorrect username and/ or password” 
So this leaves me to having to go to safari and type the URL to my portal every time i want to increase my driving behaviour to help my driving.....
