There is a serious error on the alcohol related question. The legal limit for adults 21+ in California is 0.08% BAC. Notice the decimal: zero point zero eight, not zero point eight. 0.08% = 0.0008 as a decimal fraction of your blood
0.8% would be ten times higher than the legal limit, which is extremely dangerous and likely fatal. Everything other than that looks fine.
