However, for the price of the subscription would have been nice to have the hazard tests too. Hence why a star less. Had it recommended to me and it’s perfect honestly wouldn’t have got through without it however, idk if it’s intentional but they refuse to use the word “they/them/theirs” in sentence's and instead use “his or hers” which is annoying to read and feels transphobic to me. Just say theirs, it’s grammatically correct and reads far better. I won’t be recommending the app to my LGBTQ+ friends for this reason. The app developer is quite DODGY as I paid the full price and does NOT let me to use the app for some reason! Horrible feeling and I now feel RIPPED OFF as there is no way to complain about the purchase and payment. I used it only for a period of 3-4 months then when I come back to use it again; the App shows that I can only use the introductory section of it! So please think twice before you pay for this App. I am an honest health professional and I can afford to purchase the full program but why shall I pay for the app I have already paid! However I recently updated the app to which I opened it this morning to find all of my progress had been deleted and I had to pay £7.99 to access all of the practice tests available which I did not have to do before. I am greatly frustrated at this as the entirety of it is gone. I got near enough full marks on multiple choice because of this app. Second time around (today) I resat my theory and passed with flying colors. Both times are a month apart and I crammed in about an hour or two of revision the day of and day before, and that’s it. The first time around I only revised in the taxi on the way to the test center. It’s crazy how exact these questions are to the point where 9/10 of the questions in the practice tests were the exact same as the ones in my actual theory. Did all the mock tests, really liked the challenge Bank as it keeps questions you didn’t get correct and keeps repeating them till you get correct. Gave you a percentage based on what you had completed on how likely you were to pass. With this app, I passed my theory today first time!
