This was not working on the iPad, used to work perfectly well, but then the screen just went black and after that I could not click on any videos. I contacted them via their email and at first I got a response. I tried everything they told me to. I was also advised to get back in touch with them if it doesn’t work. I did this and have sent a number of emails with no response, I made it quite clear that I had a test on the 5th of March but they didn’t care to respond. Unfortunately, I passed everything except the hazard perception as I was not able to access this. I am more than disappointed with the lack of commitment after all of the promise of support. Everyone likes to hide behind emails now and feel they do not need to respond.
