No customer support
I have placed an order and the cafe accepts. When I arrived at the venue they told me that the order is not available and they will give me a substitute. I refused and asked tgem to cancel the order because .first the subtitue is cheaper. Second they will not refund the amount difference. They said there is no option to cancel the order from their end and I will need to contact the customer service of drivu . I could not find any clear contact info information on the app . I could not send email to them and I could bot cancel it from my end . At the end I had to fight with cafe because it was there mistake for accepting without having available items. But this also need to be an option within the app itself
