Very suspicious ### 2/5 — Map directions is not working anymore *2024-11-25, version 9.53* After updating my phone to new iPhone few days ago, when I place the order and complete the payment then the map directions to the shop is not working until I reach near the shop and enter the green area. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it however the problem still persist. It’s very annoying to not have an means to communicate and report such issues. ### 2/5 — Order cancellation *2024-08-10, version 9.2* You don’t have the option to cancel your order even if it took one hour waiting. Another thing you can’t use the app if you don’t give full access to location. While it’s enough to give access to location while using the app. ### 4/5 — Time to destination *2024-01-06, version 8.51* Love the app and the idea. The time to destination is very inaccurate. Locations that show 2 mins away are at times 25 minutes away without traffic when opened on Google maps. Idk if it was just me or there is no option to open the location on Google maps from the app once the order is placed. A coffee shop in Ajman is not listed on Google maps. It did exist however I was unable to open the location on Google maps from the app. The existing navigation is a little inconvenient as it was unable to account for the traffic and other information. ### 2/5 — Rating *2023-09-04, version 8.4* I suggets to add a rating after each order, there are so many comments on cafes due to orders. It would help the cafes to do better. ### 3/5 — Always allow location *2023-05-31, version 8.2* Fix your app, i don’t have to give you my location as always, make it only when i use the app. It’s so frustrating ### 4/5 — App enhancement ideas *2022-02-09, version 7.4* Hello, I’ve been using DriveU for a couple of years now if not more, I’d love a feature if I can add “my favorites/my list” where I can make a list of shops that I’d like to visit or try without having to constantly search to find them. Also, I hope the background tracking option is better with the new update — I’d like to only use my location when using the app. Whenever i switched to that option, ordering wasn’t possible and had to switch to “always”. I don’t know if it’s the same with the new update but I hope it’s fixed. When I arrived at the venue they told me that the order is not available and they will give me a substitute. I refused and asked tgem to cancel the order because .first the subtitue is cheaper. Second they will not refund the amount difference. They said there is no option to cancel the order from their end and I will need to contact the customer service of drivu . I could not find any clear contact info information on the app . I could not send email to them and I could bot cancel it from my end . At the end I had to fight with cafe because it was there mistake for accepting without having available items. But this also need to be an option within the app itself ### 1/5 — MONEY STOLEN 0/10 *2025-01-21, version 9.5.8* Today was my first time using Drivu to order drinks thinking that I would get it quicker and leave because I wasted busy that time, When I arrived to pick up my order, they told me it wasn’t showing up in their system. I checked my phone, and I saw that they had already charged me for the drinks and it wasnt cheap! My bank confirmed the payment, but when I opened the Drivu app, it didn’t show any order details am plus the app was lagging so much, The cashier and I tried to figure it out, but it got so late that I had to leave without my drinks. Now I’m home, 60 AED out of my wallet , and still without my drinks, I DEMAND TO GET MY MONEY BACK. ### 1/5 — Complaint *2024-06-01, version 9* Should have a place to complaint and refund. I have been using Drivu for a long time and made 100+ of orders , but sadly the app not respecting privacy , I received message from Apple TODAY the app have used my location 10 times in the last 3 days while it’s closed. They are not allowing you to order when you set location “while using the app” , it has to be ALWAYS . This is not acceptable to me and I will make friends who I referred know about this and uninstall the app. Sorry I don’t want your accuracy to tell me there’s coffee near by while I never asked for it .
