Downloaded this app to control my Sharp Smart TV. First off the tv name does come up and each time I click on it the app will say “Connecting to Device” but never connects. Not only that but because I can’t connect there’s no way for me to go into the settings option & cancel the subscription so I don’t get charged in 3 days once it’s over. This is horrible!!

This app charges a ridiculous £2.99 per WEEK!! There will be people who have subscribed and don’t know how to cancel. Daylight robbery

The app is unusable unless you subscribe to the premium service which is $2.99 per week ($155 per year) to use a remote. That’s nuts. Pricing aside the app didn’t even work with the Android box I was using. Luckily, I could cancel my three day trial. But I would absolutely not recommend this app to anyone and suggest the author should highly reconsider their business case.

The slowest app they could have ever made.... I can’t even click on the debugging and continue so it was a waste of time and download.. I will be canceling today befor the fees occur
