## What is Drone Map?

一、本圖資查詢系統，係由交通部民用航空局（以下簡稱民航局）及直轄市、縣市政府（以下簡稱縣市政府）依「民用航空法」第99條之13第1項及第2項公告之圖資資料匯入，並僅供參考用，如有與公告資料不同處，以公告資料為準。

二、本圖資查詢系統所揭示之範圍或區域，並無排除其他法規之適用（如國家公園法、商港法或其他法令等，請洽詢相關主管機關），如有問題歡迎與民航局聯絡（電話：02-23496284）。
三、本圖資查詢系統所揭示之範圍或區域，區分為下列三類：
（一）民航局公告之禁航區、限航區、航空站或飛行場四周之一定距離範圍。
（二）縣市政府依公益及安全需要公告之禁止或限制區域。
（三）中央主管機關提請所在地縣市政府公告之禁止或限制區域。
四、政府機關（構）、學校或法人如有申請至禁止或限制區域內從事活動需求者，應先取得相關主管機關同意。前述相關主管機關之聯絡資訊，請至遙控無人機管理資訊系統內（https://drone.caa.gov.tw）以政府機關（構）、學校或法人帳號登入後，至活動區域範圍內查詢。
五、於活動之範圍或區域內從事遙控無人機飛航活動時，操作人應依「民用航空法」、「遙控無人機管理規則」及相關法令從事遙控無人機飛航活動。
六、使用者可用滑鼠點選圖上任一位置，即可瀏覽相關詳細資訊，或利用左上方查詢欄位，可輸入地址或經緯度，亦可瀏覽相關資訊。
七、版本宣告：本圖資查詢系統係依111年12月28日前，交通部、國防部、民航局、縣市政府公告或提供之圖資資料。
