### 3/5 — Not working

*2021-01-25, version 2.0.2*

Doesn’t show mavic air 2 support and app doesn’t seem to work. Be careful buying subscription. Seems like app is no longer running.

### 3/5 — Good App of All Features Worked

*2020-12-15, version 2.0.2*

As a professional drone pilot, you need to rely on a source of truth for information. I don’t feel as though this is the app for that purpose. The airspace map does not work, which is one of the main things pilots use. I notified support but received no response. I don’t want to rely on an app that doesn’t function properly, especially when drone flights have to follow regulations. I have my a 3 star rating because of the features and overall clean design. However, any drone app can do what this one can.

### 2/5 — Does not show FRZs in UK

*2020-01-26, version 1.7.4*

Some of the app seems to work well, but there are no FRZs in UK. Needs some serious work. I have decided to cancel my subscription until it is sorted. A pity, because the idea is great to have all that information available in one app. Get it fixed and I’ll be back.

### 2/5 — I am canceling the pro subscription during trial.

*2018-09-25, version 1.7.1*

I am canceling the pro subscription during trial. I can find no support for part 107. Even with pro account, air space warnings still apply as recreational (5 mile airport limit). But what is more disappointing is no response to email request to dev. If app had support for part 107, it would be excellent. so maybe posting a review will get a response.

### 3/5 — The World is Not Enough

*2018-09-06, version 1.6.8*

Firstly congratulations on an excellent user friendly app that has been developed by someone who is obviously an UAV Pilot.
I am sorry it has to be 3 Stars and not 5. The biggest issue is that you know that this app is beings sold globally, however everything is geared towards the USA and the FAA although I see PfCO has today been added, so I took 1 star.
Secondly not everyone uses a dji UAV and there's lots of other great drones on the market. I'm sure a little research and 10-15hrs of adding to what you already have wouldn't be an issued. I am paying the monthly fee for features, but there's just as many not relevant with my Karma.
Hoping that was helpful to potential customers and to the developer.

### 5/5 — A must to fly your DJI Spark

*2017-09-01, version 1.5.2*

This app seems to have all you need to fly your drone. You can set up your own checklist and use it prior to your launch. It tells you when is the best time or bad time to fly your drone. It has many info tabs needed to fly. Too many to list. Use the create flight plan to see everything you need to fly. I especially like the feature of how much battery power it tells you will use considering the short battery time the Spark has. I have the professional membership to have the ability to make unlimited flight plans.

### 2/5 — Ok

*2017-08-18, version 1.3*

I wanted to use one feature on this and of course the wind velocity is locked and you have to pay for it. App seems to show as if you get all sorts of neat stuff for free but instead the "neat stuff" is only online site to purchase more of their stuff

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2017-08-14, version 1.3*

Great app, very informational and really not that expensive for the yearly rate.

### 3/5 — Uninstall, Im not using any apps that pull gps in the backrond.

*2017-08-06, version 1.1*

Looks like a great idea but you really need to remove ALL background permissions for anyone to leave this on their device.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Free trial lasted all of 20 minutes. What a waste of time.

*2024-09-07, version 2.0.5*

The winds are out of the south, not the north. I don’t really understand how you can charge money for this? Sunset is at 1945, not zero 0845

Maybe I don’t understand what the purpose of the app is supposed to be. either way all this information is available at your fingertips on your smart controller, smart phone or free websites. I suppose the interface seems nice but I don’t get what I’m supposed to do with it.

Anyway, I think there’s potential for something here, maybe. But right now it’s junk. Free trial lasted all of about 20 minutes.

### 1/5 — No more support

*2024-03-20, version 2.0.5*

I bought this app recently for a DJI mini Pro drone. App won’t connect to the drone and the developer support site is gone. Seems to be an abandoned app.

### 1/5 — Appears completely non-functional

*2023-05-05, version 2.0.5*

Surely one of the major features of the app is to plan a flight but this seems to be completely bugged. It doesn’t matter I do this just seems to crash the app. I can choose a location for a flight path but after that there seems to be no way to actually create a flight path. Any interaction with the map just crashes the app. I thought that perhaps subscribing would solve the problems but adding that seems to have made no difference to the app whatsoever, including adding additional features.

### 1/5 — Basic hard to use

*2022-11-05, version 2.0.5*

Basic and worthless
Really confusing on how to use and terrible UI

### 1/5 — Another sloppy RPAS product

*2020-08-14, version 2.0.2*

Layout and menu system is oversize and sub-optimal for current iOS, resulting in high battery drain. Most features aren’t available on the free version and no-fly database is woefully underdone. Drone menu pretty much falls off the edge of the earth outside of DJI.

### 1/5 — Not for Mavic 2Pro/Zoom

*2020-07-08, version 1.7.4*

Doesn’t recognise Mavic 2 Pro or Zoom or the batteries & has had the weather ‘COMPLETELY’ wrong every day in several locations for the last 10 days.
The Professional subscription may be reasonably priced, but there’s no point if it just doesn’t work.
I don’t believe the 5 star reviews were bought, so what’s going on developers?

### 1/5 — Crashes just trying to view a simple manual

*2020-07-04, version 1.7.4*

Won’t allow any testing without paying fully for it software full of bugs and out of date Mavic 2 Pro has been out for years now and they can’t even list that in settings very poorly created avoid

### 1/5 — I paid for pro but only recognizing standard

*2019-01-27, version 1.7.4*

Can’t give more than a one right now

### 1/5 — Misleading

*2017-08-06, version 1.1*

Even the 'standard' version does not include what's listed in the versions list.
No flight plan, etc.

### 2/5 — Blank tiles BUG please fix

*2022-03-21, version 2.0.4*

The three tiles on the drone start page are blank and flip around and do and show nothing. Sometime a random hill height appears on the bottoms left one.

### 5/5 — Amazon is the best with drones

*2024-01-06, version 2.0.5*

Where did you guys make this every time I son trip every time he wakes up he says where’s my jewel where’s my drone and he loves it it’s it’s always in good condition. The battery takes a little too long for 8 to 10 minutes. The graphics are amazing. Flight time is not that good but but my son still loves it.

### 5/5 — Great companion app

*2022-07-03, version 2.0.5*

For a novice or expert, this app is wonderful. It has a ton of useful features .

### 5/5 — I wanted a simple app., that covered all aspects while setting a method to the madness. 👍👍

*2021-10-28, version 2.0.3*

I wanted an app that is the checklist I usually go through in my head, but in a straight forward app. This checks off seemingly everything I basically do but in a simple, well organized, visual, way. It has a “right to the point” practical list and a clean interface, which never hurts. I’ll be using it because it refreshes me to do a standard comprehensive checklist. PM primary Maintence has saved lots of money in many industries. Worth using it. Signed up. Thanks.

### 5/5 — Answer me this

*2021-04-25, version 2.0.2*

Why is it DJI FPV not Inc.

### 5/5 — Good

*2020-02-10, version 1.7.4*

Thank you

### 5/5 — A Must Have App

*2019-02-13, version 1.7.4*

Excellent App for Australian conditions. I’ve found it to be more useful than UAV forecast.

### 5/5 — Wow

*2018-03-01, version 1.6.6*

Amazing app.

### 5/5 — Best Drone App

*2018-02-17, version 1.6.5*

This is my go to app before flying. It automatically checks many different things (weather, no fly zone etc) and tells you if it is safe to fly. This is by far the easiest app drone app to use. HIGHLY recommend!!!

### 5/5 — Almost perfect

*2018-02-05, version 1.6.5*

I was using another drone weather forecast app prior to this one but this has now become my main drone conditions app.

It helps me to workout when and where it’s safe to fly. I also love that it checks over my drone and creates battery reports for me.

The weather prediction function is also a must for people with a drone.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2017-12-18, version 1.6.4*

This app is a fantastic and easy to use tool for my fellow pilots! There is a Subscription it was purchased within the app to get any good information but well worth it.
