## What is DroneChecker?

Know before you fly.

DroneChecker gives UK drone pilots a live fly/no-fly rating calibrated to your exact drone model — combining wind speed and gusts, visibility, precipitation, fog and KP geomagnetic activity into one clear answer before you leave the house.

FREE
• Live fly rating — green, amber or red, calibrated to your drone's specific wind tolerance
• Wind speed, direction and gusts with a colour-coded compass
• KP geomagnetic index from NOAA's Space Weather Prediction Center — high activity can cause GPS inaccuracy and compass drift, factored automatically into your rating
• Restrictions map — schools, railways, military airfields, helicopter routes, airfields, gliding sites, nature reserves and ground hazards
• Operator ID and Flyer ID renewal reminders — never get caught flying on an expired CAA registration

PLUS & PRO
• 15-minute nowcast — minute-by-minute fly rating and rain timing for the next 2 hours
• Extended wind analysis — interactive wind map and hourly forecast
• 7-day best day planner — see the optimal flying window across the week at a glance
• Fly window alerts — get notified the moment conditions turn flyable at up to 3 saved locations
• Flight logger — log every flight with date, location, drone, duration, conditions and notes; export to Excel or Google Sheets
• Flying Spots — discover good places to fly shared by other pilots, with photos, access notes and reviews
• Live UK NOTAMs and Planned Flights

Built with UK drone pilots in mind, but useful anywhere.
