Dronelix prepares you for seven drone licence exams, across five countries and regions, in one app. FAA Part 107 in the United States, the drone license test any paid flight there needs. EASA A1/A3 and A2 in the European Union. The A2 Certificate of Competency in the United Kingdom. Basic and Advanced with Transport Canada. Australia under CASA. WHY THE ANSWERS CAN BE TRUSTED Read the reviews of any other exam app in this category and you find the same complaint: the answers are wrong. Learners score full marks in the app, then fail the real test. Every question shows the rule it came from, by section number: 14 CFR 107.29, TP 15263 section 4, Regulation (EU) 2019/947. You do not have to take our word for anything. Look it up. Every question carries the date its content was last checked against the current regulation, and that date is on screen while you study. If a rule changes, we push the correction to your device without waiting for an app update. READING THE CHART Chart symbology is where most candidates lose marks, and where most apps offer nothing. Solid blue, dashed magenta, a magenta band that fades on the side where the floor drops to 700 feet: each one is a different rule about where you may fly and whether you need authorisation first. Dronelix carries a sectional symbol reference you can read with no signal. Every airspace class, airport symbol and special use area is drawn the way the chart draws it, next to what it means for an unmanned flight. BUILT AROUND THE REAL EXAM Mock exams run at the real length, the real time limit and the real pass mark. Sixty questions in one hundred twenty minutes at seventy percent for Part 107. Thirty questions at seventy five percent for A2. Practice is weighted the way the exam is weighted, and the FAA changed that weighting in September 2025. Regulations is now forty eight percent of the test, so it is what you see most of. A readiness score tells you the only thing you actually want to know before you book: are you ready to pay for this exam yet. It is no longer asked for on every cold start. Chart questions read properly. The legend and the scale bar moved out of the map into a band underneath, so neither can sit on top of the airport a question is about. Small labels that shared a tint with the panel behind them now clear the contrast floor in both themes, and what used to appear or vanish in one frame moves instead. ### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-03 Chart questions now open a real sectional excerpt instead of describing one. Three areas are drawn with the symbology the FAA Chart User's Guide uses, and twelve airspace questions send you into them. The content-checked date on screen is now the oldest date in the bank rather than the newest, so it means what it looks like it means. ### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-27 If your phone had no mail app set up, tapping Report on a question did nothing at all. Now you get the address and the whole message, ready to copy and send from wherever you read your mail. Same for Contact support. ### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-25 The app remembers which licence you picked. Until now it asked again every time you opened it, on top of a choice it had already saved. The purchase screen used to list things a free install already does. It now describes what the payment actually buys: the full mock exams, at the real length, time and pass mark, on all seven tracks. ### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-21 The FAA practice mix now follows the exam blueprint that is published today, and every subject area it draws from is filled out. Five answers were wrong and are now right, with the paragraph each one comes from cited on the explanation. Corrections we publish reach the app straight away instead of waiting for the next release. The Study tab could fail to load and leave you with a message and no way back. It now offers to try again.
