I updated the app yesterday (Aug 25th) now I don't get notification sounds. I get the notifications still, but no sound and no vibration. What's the point? These updates seem to hurt the apps more than they help! If it's not broken, don't "fix" it! ### 3/5 — Newbie *2026-08-13, version 4.18.0* I am really liking my remote car starter. It’s perfect for not having to get into a Florida HOT car. The only thing frustrating me is how to turn the chimes volume down or off for the keychain fob. Before, I couldn't use GPS tracking, receive notifications on my phone, or control it from my phone. Now you can't do absolutely anything unless you pay for a subscription. Saves me time in the winter. Can get into a nice warm car. And the tracking is great too. My issue is the reliability. Multiple times it loses signal for no reason. I thought it was my signal but it’s the app itself. So let’s say there’s an emergency and you don’t have your keys and you rely on the app, that’s a big issue. Crashes. *2026-08-29, version 4.18.1* The app used to work perfectly, but for almost a month now it has continuously crashed immediately upon opening. I’ve updated my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, updated the app last night to their newest update and tried every basic troubleshooting step recommended, but nothing has fixed the issue. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve been a paying subscriber and the customer support experience has been extremely disappointing. Responses take several days at a time, turning what should be a simple support issue into weeks of back-and-forth with no resolution. At this point, it honestly feels like there isn’t a dedicated app support team available to properly address technical issues like this. I’ve been patient and have given support plenty of time to resolve the problem, but after nearly a month of paying for an app I cannot even open, I’m left with no choice but to cancel my membership. I really hope the company improves both the stability of the app and its customer support, because I enjoyed using it when it actually worked. ### 1/5 — Great app idea bad fictionality *2026-08-22, version 4.18.0* Remote view never works . I despise waiting so long to see the live feed. You can never see anything in time unless the alarm goes off. It robs you of data even when you adjust settings. When I start the car I’ll get like 10 to 50 notifications in a row that the car started. It frequently gives false reports.
