I was in Mumbai for client meetings and needed a cab for full-day travel within the city, followed by a drop to Pune the same evening. The booking process was simple and hassle-free. I had initially booked an Ertiga, but to my surprise, the team upgraded me to a BYD Emax 7 at no extra cost. The car was almost new, extremely clean, and very comfortable for a long day of travel. It honestly made the Mumbai city runs plus the Mumbai–Pune drive much more relaxed. Special mention to the driver — very professional, punctual, well-mannered, and familiar with the routes. He handled the entire day patiently without any rush, which really helped since it was a packed meeting schedule. Overall, a dependable and comfortable experience. We booked a Self-Drive Car, and honestly, it felt just as special as owning one. The car was in good condition, and everything went smoothly. Most importantly, we completed that long-pending school-time promise. That trip made me realize something — you don’t need to own everything to create memories. Sometimes renting is enough. I am trying to connect their team from 2 weeks after 10-15 minutes of IVR call it gets disconnected automatically. Worst app reason 2: I live in mumbai and booking was made for my wedding purpose in mumbai and after booking we got to know car got booked in delhi. Worst app reason 3: No professionalism After this delhi incident their executive called and asked for details and he told me i have to cancel this booking so then i asked please tell me reason why this happened and please give me my advance money back they said i will call you back in sometime,but they dont - they just ghost you. Worst app reason 4 No refund, no reply on text and you wont get to know the status of your refund.
