Thanks ### 5/5 — Like this App *2021-05-08* I really like your app, but you're leaving out a large majority of us that don't have the ability to get around easily, what about mobility vehicles like wheelchair accessible Van, Truck, or Car? awesome droom app which can give you precise information about all cars.. ### 5/5 — Fake ads *2019-09-06* Droom is very irrresponsible and thug app. I booked a car, after paying tokken money and within 30 mins when connected to seller he informed me that the car is already sold 2 days ago. So i requested for booking cancellation simultaneously, after 4 days (their returning money period is within 5 working days as per them) they called and asked for transfering tokken money to book another car if i like, but i refused and ask them to return the money. after 7 days of cancellation, i told them to return money as its past 5 working days and they revert they are in process of refund and may notify me the same once processed. Today it has been 14 days and the ad is still there for selling, where the car is been sold 14days ago. Woww droom is so lethargic Donot get tempted to buy froom droom even if the price is low,as the ad is just to keep your money for more than a week until you probe them via mail strictly. I am trying to connect their team from 2 weeks after 10-15 minutes of IVR call it gets disconnected automatically. Worst app reason 2: I live in mumbai and booking was made for my wedding purpose in mumbai and after booking we got to know car got booked in delhi. Worst app reason 3: No professionalism After this delhi incident their executive called and asked for details and he told me i have to cancel this booking so then i asked please tell me reason why this happened and please give me my advance money back they said i will call you back in sometime,but they dont - they just ghost you. Worst app reason 4 No refund, no reply on text and you wont get to know the status of your refund. I was in Mumbai for client meetings and needed a cab for full-day travel within the city, followed by a drop to Pune the same evening. The booking process was simple and hassle-free. I had initially booked an Ertiga, but to my surprise, the team upgraded me to a BYD Emax 7 at no extra cost. The car was almost new, extremely clean, and very comfortable for a long day of travel. It honestly made the Mumbai city runs plus the Mumbai–Pune drive much more relaxed. Special mention to the driver — very professional, punctual, well-mannered, and familiar with the routes. He handled the entire day patiently without any rush, which really helped since it was a packed meeting schedule. Overall, a dependable and comfortable experience.
