Drivers are professional and friendly. But there is zero customer service if for example you need to change your delivery time or a garment is damaged. That chat function is for them to talk to you, not the other way around. This app isn’t bad, but I suspect there’s someone better. ### 5/5 — A Happy Customer *2026-03-04* I never thought that I would have someone to watch my clothes for me. But Drop and Dash Laundry is so wonderful because it takes up a lot of time. I love it. I love the way they fold my clothes. I love the way they have all my socks together. It’s easy to schedule pick up and drop off. When they use an uber driver expect to place the bags in the trunk and take them out yourself for pick up. They clean, fold neatly and place in really nice bags.
