If you see an "Update All" button press that and let the updates fully complete. Once they are finished, try selecting the softener device again. Are they still there? ### 3/5 — Salt level warnings *2021-12-06* I keep getting low salt level warnings even after the salt is replenished fully. Unsure if this is a problem on the salt sensor at my end or is it a problem with the hub itself. **Developer response:** We are sorry that you are having trouble. The salt sensor paddle must be down, tight against the 4" brine well tube, to indicate salt OK. You can view the paddle's state at any time from the app by going to "Devices" in the left menu and choosing "Salt Sensor". Best practice, when refilling the brine tank with salt is to remove the tension band temporarily from the top of the sensor so the paddle is down, then add salt to the tank. Finally, put the tension band back on. If the paddle is definitely down tight against the brine well, and there is no salt blocking it from being down, then please contact us directly at feedback@dropconnect.com or call us M-F during normal business hours (EST) at (888) 363-9434. We will be glad to help you get your salt sensor working or replace it. ### 4/5 — Great system *2026-07-15* Good service. After 2.5 years we still have over 25% filter life. Did have one issue with automatic valve over Wi-Fi. The tab broke on our valve control motor. Called company but they never came to fix it I guess it will be fixed at our next filter change.
