Tried to save file to iPhone and your app waited me to sign up for a file subscription. Which I don’t want and now app has froze. Considering I just downloaded app I am  NOT impressed!

No instructions and Nowhere to find the ‘CANCEL PAGE’ even in the settings. I even emailed you to Cancel and you haven’t responded. Thanks

Trying to move pics between iphones. 
Free on my new phone, 2.99 to install on the old one. WEEKLY! But apps not recognising each other. More choked about losing the time than the money, but I don’t have time for apps that don’t work seamlessly. There’s no excuse any more for shoddy programming. Yes glitches happen, but you expect them in the test phase not the £150 a year phase.
