Awesome app! Downloaded it a few days ago and have been following the Evening Wind Down Protocol and Meal Plan For Lean Mass. A very professional look and feel to the whole site! I love that everything is so easy to follow and keep track of. Plus, all of the visuals are really nice to look at, definitely something I haven’t seen in other to do list type of apps. The milestone check ins are awesome, two – Helps keep me motivated!
