## What is Dropboy?

The Dropboy App is a tool for drivers connected to the Dropboy platform.

In the App, you can update, create, accept, or reject new tasks, as well as assign them to other drivers.

The Dropboy platform include, among other things,

•	Create order,
•	Print waybills,
•	Plan routes,
•	Notify drivers of new orders,
•	Create digital keys,
•	Send Email and SMS notification to customers with full track N trace,
•	Get an overview of where the driver is, including a status of today's tasks,
•	TruckFinder to identify available capacity on vehicles.

The app supports:

•	Updating tasks,
•	Loading vehicles
•	Barcode scanning (pickup and deliveries),
•	Obtain signature and confirmation of collection/delivery
•	Taking pictures of any damage.
•	Comment on tasks updates (partial orders, missing items, failed pickup/delivery)
•	Navigating to the next destination,
•	Location check upon collection/delivery (geofence)
•	Driver journey mapping for the driver,
•	Task ID sequence to identify cargo,
•	Enables digital keys to open digital doors.
•	TruckFinder.

In relation to the TruckFinder function, the app will enable to the driver to accept or reject a TruckFinder assignment during a trip.

### 2.4.6 — 2026-07-03

This release improves three important driver workflows in Dropboy. The failed delivery flow now guides drivers to choose clearer reason codes before completing a failed stop, supporting compliance and cleaner delivery data. Navigation now lets drivers choose between geocoordinates and a physical address, useful for job sites, yards and hard-to-find locations. Load Hub now supports manual updates and scan-based status changes, with loaded and not-loaded cargo clearly separated.

Added route distance overview
Drivers can now see the total trip distance and the remaining distance throughout the route. At each stop, the app shows how far is left, based on tasks being completed in sequence.

Improved Inbound Scan reliability
Inbound Scan now supports offline use. Data is saved in the app and synced automatically when the connection returns, with clearer sync status to confirm delivery to Dropboy.
