I would see my usage from Monday. However, 30% of the time the data may not be reported for a week or more. It’s been 8 days! Where is my data? It’s so frustrating. I’m in the middle of fixing leaks and trying to change habits to use less water and I have no feedback. I cannot depend on this app to have consistent data, and without data it’s useless. ### 1/5 — Still broken - good enough for government work *2024-02-03, version 6.6.5* Really? Example, it wants your email address, but the box to put it in is crammed between other text and not below where the other boxes are. Then, it wants your account number and address, but there is no box to put address. When you Verify account, it wants your name again. I followed the steps to create an account. The first step asks for my zip code. I enter my zip code and I get the following message back: We don’t currently have a relationship with water utilities in your geographic area. Now that’s not true.
