## What is DropIt?

DropIt helps you stay focused by blocking distracting apps using a physical DropIt tag. Tap your phone on the tag to start a blocking session and tap it again when you're done. The physical action makes it intentional and hard to bypass, helping you build a healthier relationship with your phone.
