Every time I open the app, I get a white screen. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-installing it to no avail. Very frustrating because I can’t adjust the settings without the app. Droplette needs to get its act together with this app considering how much people pay for its products.

Half the time the capsules don’t register when you’ve used them. I wish there was a way to edit the in app usage calendar to mark you've used a capsule and edit amount of times. Their own YouTube says to use a capsule on your hands and neck after your face but I am frustrated (when the app does actually register the capsule) that it marks it as separate uses. I’d like to have full editing capabilities on the in app calendar.

I just received the droplette 2 and reinstalled the new app. I am extremely impressed with the new features. I love the photo journey feature and the detailed the information about the different capsules. The Droplette has been a huge game changer in my skincare routine and I am 100% seeing results every month. I’m overall really happy with this product and service.
