They picked up 6 large trash bags full of clothes, blankets, and bedding the next day from my house. I had everything laundered and folded the day after and delivered and to my doorstep. They made the process easy and even offered a sensitive, fragrance-free detergent! Thank you for your help this week! ### 5/5 — Amazing Service! *2026-01-30, version 2.17* I am beyond pleased with DropMint's laundry service. I moved to Temecula recently. I work a 9-5 and all the cleaners in my area are closed on weekends. I had an AllSaints dress with a 2-year-old stain I wasn't able to get out. DropMint delivered the laundry to our doorstep just 2 days later in perfect condition. Even though the item was stained, they didn't charge extra! Their estimate is extremely accurate, and I couldn't ask for better service. I don't normally leave reviews but I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs dry cleaning done! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App actually sucks *2026-05-18, version 2.18* The app sucks. You can’t log back in if you accidentally log out and when you try to click forgot password to reset your password. It doesn’t even email you a recent link. Support is no help. They don’t actually offer to fix the app. They just ask that you schedule a pick up via text instead which is really inconvenient when need to change payment information. I couldn’t even create a new account. ### 1/5 — Stopped out of nowhere *2022-10-19, version 2.11* I had a great experience and then randomly the text support stopped responding and they never showed up to get my laundry today. I wait at home for 4 hours and they never came by. They haven’t responded via text or email. I’m super confused and annoyed because the first time it was great. Now out of the blue no response? ### 1/5 — Horrible service every time *2021-12-15* I don’t ask for much. There’s 3 of us - 2 teens and myself. If I bag up each persons stuff separate - just wash and fold them together. Don’t mix theM. I don’t care about separating whites or delicates. Just don’t mix them. I just spent 3 hours going through 60 pounds of laundry to try to separate out 3 peoples laundry. When everyone wears about them same size. This is the 3rd and final time I’ve asked them to do this and the 3rd and final time they didn’t get it right. I even talked to someone on the phone about it and I was so hopeful this time. I had my last fluff and fold service for 5 years and they had no problems with this simple request. I’ve used them a handful of times and I didn’t have any issues. the clothes are all clean, nicely folded and smell good. I feel like the prices are fair for the services you’re getting.
