I have been using this app for last 6 years, never asked for a login. Recent update required me to login but I keep getting the message user does not exist and could not get back into my list of patients…. No support email or help available either :(

Paid for the partial cloud storage and cross device sinking so I could use the Notes across my multiple Apple devices but it doesn’t even seem to be pouring over my patients across devices. Please help me fix this this issue and I will change the review otherwise I like the app.

The app is good for sole practitioners who don’t need a lot of complexity but there are a few area where it could be better.  Some suggestions I would make are:

- Options to choose default units of measurement so you don’t have to change them for every patient;
- Options to set biographical data for every patient (eg. Ethnicity, gender identity, etc)
- Notations about patients that you can see at a glance (eg. “Patient prefers female clinician” or “bad debtor, get payment before consultation” etc)
- Custom data sets for things like cancer screening, obstetric history, etc.
- The ability to generate a patient health summary to include with referrals to other providers.

There are a lot more suggestions I could make but the take-home message here is that this is a very basic application and if you want more versatility, consider buying a computer-based EMR platform.
