The videos didn’t work, the exercises are basically in pdf format - no video, no reminders, nothing interactive. And one of the 3 “steps” is an ad for a pillow.

This app really helped with my posture as now I’m feeling better and help my back issues I recommend this app to anyone that might think they have bad posture helped me so much

It is the best app it keeps reminding me to take care of my posture. The information is very effective and easy to implement. Highly recommend to everyone.

I have tried them all and this by far then best. Learn the technique, set when you want your reminders and you are away. Give it a try, glad I did.
