Only thing you can do when that happens is call a phone number where they will then “open an escalation case” which has an SLA of 24 hours. That’s a very long time and not helpful when your wife is in excruciating pain from a UTI that Bactrim could easily resolve. They need a better problem resolution system…and doctors that actually do what they promise. ### 5/5 — My first visit with Drsonline *2025-05-25* This was my first visit, using doctors online and telehealth in general. I had a very good visit with my doctor, Dr. Ingrid Atall. I highly recommended service to anyone who doesn’t have the ability office easily for any reason or who just wants to have the comfort and privacy of a online, I felt comfortable talking to the doctor.
