The first item needed to progress was - at least for me - pretty well camouflaged. Once I got going the game really moved along. Puzzles not terribly difficult, and action kept me interested. A little bit thrilled but will be less if u turn off the sound. I'll give some hint for u if u like: -tap the car outside, somewhere under it to get the hook -tap the arrow to move to the tree -tap the top of the tree,use hook to get the piece of paper, use the paper get the password to enter the door next to the car. -inside u just tap any door to open (if it opened) and try to find the key to open other doors (pay atention on corners,edges of objects), there 7 with colors and 1 silver key. -remember to pick some strange object on the floor or on table,if something useful the game will zoom in it and still zoom in until u done using them. (Try lighter for candle,meat,wine,plate for dog, statue,diary,cup and water,wire for phone) -there's a swich to turn off the light in the room behind orange door,after get the password from diary and put the statue in the hole,use the swich and u will know which color of 7 keys need to put in the hole. -get the folder to the oldman and use it, get down on the gray door use the wire to use the phone. Free or not, I recommend you not waste your time. Unless you like tapping around for no reason. If that's the case, then tap around on this page everywhere & then finally tap "Download". At first glance, this series is outdated with a few grammar/spelling errors. It may seem tempting prematurely quit or pass on the game altogether. DON'T pass up on this fantastic game....it's a very good game! So good, that I didn't even drop a star for the graphics and spelling. The puzzles are generally easy, but I did have to use a walk through once or twice for help. The plot is intriguing, and once you are in the house, the game becomes a lot of fun! The storyline that unfolds is brilliant, and I was thrilled to see the that a sequel (and a 3rd game) was available in the App Store.
