### 5/5 — Well worth the investment of time

*2019-06-06, version 1.0.2*

I entered the DRT app with healthy skepticism, however quickly found its simple formula very empowering and enabling. For those of us with too busy lives it helps bring clarity and empowerment. I’d thoroughly recommend it.

### 5/5 — Life changing

*2019-05-16, version 1.0.2*

This has helped me through difficult times. I’m lucky enough to have been a client of William Pullen’s. If you can’t get a slot in his busy schedule then this app is a close second!

### 5/5 — A Real Helping Hand

*2019-05-15, version 1.0.2*

This is fantastic app that combines physical and mental health & fitness with a set of clear guidance and personal goals. I am an eager runner and I find the added helping hand offered by this app a good balance to achieve a healthy mind in a healthy body. I totally recommend it to everyone to achieve great health & fitness all round.

### 5/5 — DRT mediation app

*2019-05-14, version 1.0.2*

I have the calm app and I always use that. So this was different and the thoughts attached to it were not the same. I liked it. The calm app uses a women’s voice so I like the change of a mans. I prefer a mans voice as I believe it is more soothing.

### 5/5 — Surprised

*2019-05-13, version 1.0.2*

Definitely worth using! offering more than any of the current mindfulness approaches. If you love running or find meditation and sitting still tough this is for you.

### 5/5 — Great app to manage anxiety

*2019-05-13, version 1.0.2*

As a life long road runner I never knew you could manage emotions as effectively as you can with these techniques... well worth it

### 5/5 — Really motivating app

*2019-05-12, version 1.0.2*

The app encouraged me to get outside and enjoy life

### 5/5 — Aop

Really useful app. Helps me remain calm and feel I've also lost weight!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can’t get started

*2022-12-06, version 1.0.5*

App just says please wait and the links to the developer website go to a website that’s unusable. Hoping someone can help from seeing this review

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work spins round please wait

*2021-07-24, version 1.0.5*

Doesn’t work spins round displaying please wait and nothing happens. Very disappointed as didn’t even get into app to see if any good or not.

### 1/5 — Trouble getting on app

*2021-06-14, version 1.0.5*

I really want to try this app but unfortunately can’t get past the ‘please wait’ icon…any advise please?

### 1/5 — Stuck on ‘Please Wait’

*2021-02-25, version 1.0.5*

I am not able to try the app at all. Once I have signed up I am taken to the Home Screen but it gets stuck there saying ‘please wait’ with the loading symbol. I am unable to tap on anything or use the app. I am using an iPhone. I really want to try this app, any advise?

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work for me

*2021-01-23, version 1.0.5*

I can’t get past a busy box circling in the middle. No sessions are loaded for me and so I’m disappointed. Really wanted to try this.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t seem to work with Bluetooth headphones

*2019-04-10, version 1.0.2*

This is a deal breaker for me. I hope this is a temporary bug

### 2/5 — Used to LOVE this app!

*2022-03-30, version 1.0.5*

What has happened to this app? I used to use it every time I walked, but slowly it began having issues. Now it won’t open at all. Is this not an app anymore?

### 4/5 — Started my journey

*2019-07-26, version 1.0.4*

Just started using DRT app. Movement and talking therapies at the same time. Enjoyed meditation? talking therapy and mindful walking. Better than sitting on a couch. Easy to use for a geriatric technophobe like myself. Can’t wait for my next walk.

### 4/5 — An alternative to running podcasts

*2019-05-13, version 1.0.2*

As an accomplished endurance athlete, balancing the demands of life as well trying to meet race season goals, it can all be very challenging. I liked this app, as it deals with the deep inner thoughts about running. There’s no structure therefore you could just pick a topic to start with. A very self help app that compliments well with the sport.

### 5/5 — Brilliant app

*2020-02-12, version 1.0.4*

Love how this fuses two great healing forces together, mindfulness and running.
Thank you for this 🙏

### 5/5 — Mental Health Warrior & Advocate - A+

*2019-12-31, version 1.0.4*

As a mental health warrior, advocate, educator, and speaker with actual lived experience I do not promote things that I don’t believe truly help someone struggling with mental illness. Kudos and congrats to William Pullen in the creation of the cutting edge app DRT-Dynamic Running Therapy. Don’t let the name fool you the app helps the user with mindfulness, talk therapy, and movement addressing depression and anxiety. It can be done sitting, walking, or running. Always a firm believer and helped me tremendously in my own journey by using journaling and other technology apps to track moods, feelings, medications and more this application is definitely one you will want to add to your personal mental health tool box. Highly recommend! Robert Knudsen ✌️

### 5/5 — Health Expert

*2019-10-01, version 1.0.4*

I have been a community health expert for the largest health care organization in Michigan for 12 years. This is the best app I have found to address a variety of our issues today. We are more sedentary and isolated than ever. Disconnection leads to depression, stress and illness. This app leads us step by step to reconnecting, reflection and wellness. I highly recommend giving it a try.

### 5/5 — Don’t know how I managed without it!

*2019-09-19, version 1.0.4*

I’m not a big reviewer of apps, but this one is so amazing I have to. I started using it when I couldn’t run due to a bike accident and my mood was plummeting. It works great with walking and running. It’s very easy, you don’t have to think about anything. All of the sessions I’ve tried have been really helpful. I love the recording notes feature too. Thank you 🙏🏻

### 5/5 — Great App

*2019-09-17, version 1.0.4*

This is great, really helpful.

### 5/5 — Inspiring and motivational

*2019-07-31, version 1.0.4*

I’ve just started using the App and it’s really going to help me with my running and fitness. I train a lot on my own and this App is going to motivate and inspire me to achieve my goals and take my gym and running to the next level. I can’t wait to take my fitness on this new journey.

### 5/5 — Inspiring

*2019-07-30, version 1.0.4*

Wow! This concept is so new to me and I feel totally inspired. I haven’t begun the programme yet but the intro, grounding & 3 minute breathing exercises were amazingly insightful and powerful. Can’t wait to get into it. And William, your voice is so calming!

### 5/5 — Very helpful.

*2019-07-29, version 1.0.4*

I’ve been using this app for a while now and I can really recommend it. For those who are already running but struggling, or for those that are struggling to start, it’s a great aid. The authors voice feels authentic rather than someone who is just reading off a page. I find myself feeling joyful whilst running instead of being blighted by inner dialogue and fidgety annoyances. Check it out.

### 5/5 — Supporting mental health!

*2019-07-08, version 1.0.4*

It’s a superb concept! Anything that supports tackling mental illness through physical activity interventions is a good thing in my book!!

### 5/5 — In-the-moment movement

*2019-07-03, version 1.0.4*

Very easy to follow, with soothing voice that allows listener to move into deeply concentrated state. Good for runners and those in need of more mindful movement in their lives.
