I’ve notice the “auto bark” portion of the collar doesn’t work fully. My dog has barked several times for extended periods each time and not once had the collar “auto detected” the bark and gone off appropriately. Additionally, since I had first received the collar and downloaded the application, the Apple Watch has never worked. I’ve followed the listed instructions for allowing the watch app the function properly (listed through the phone app) but still will never work for me and I don’t know why. Very disappointing that it’s advertised as a feature but has and won’t work. It’s important to me to be able to use the collar both manually and automatically, and I otherwise like the collar itself but the app is nearly useless. Every time I actually need to beep my dog, it’s disconnected and it takes minutes to reconnect, by which time it’s too late to correct with the collar. I’d rather just have a remote. They need to make it where it can stay connected in the background because by the time the app reconnects my dog is done with their bad behavior so the collar is useless. Unfortunately I’m going to have to return the collar and not suggest it to any of the other trainers I work with. Very disappointed. It's not a perfect product, it requires you reconnect all the time, but can work with multiple phones. However it does NOT work for iPhone 17 and 17 Pro. I could not get it to connect on the iPhone 17 Pro, even after reinstalling the app, but it still connects to the iPhone 15 Pro. It's not an issue with the collar, and as an IT professional, I troubleshot it far above and beyond reason. It is one of only a handoff collars that said they have this ability. A little TLC and this would be such an amazing setup. I would recommend and I will continue to use this. ### 5/5 — Only on day one, but works as expected *2021-03-05* Based on other reviews, I had reservations about whether this app would function as advertised, but honestly I can find no fault with it as yet. Setup was a breeze. I followed the quick-setup to pair the device, and it connected quickly, and was able to test the collar moments later. After seeing some of the comments, I quickly decided to check out the custom sound feature, and sure enough it works exactly as described (although as it turns out, the built in voice actually sounds very similar to my own - and my husband’s - voice). Assuming it continues to function the way we’re seeing so far, I have no issues giving this app 5 stars - it does exactly what it says on the box! ### 5/5 — So far so good! *2020-11-20* I just received the collar today and it’s already such a help! It was very easy for me to connect the collar to the Bluetooth (if you’re struggling to connect it, you may have to click the plus sign in the top right corner). Our Australian Shepard has been a handful but this collar does wonders. I was able to record my voice so now he knows it’s serious AND the vibration isn’t aggressive (just annoying more so)! I’m very satisfied. ### 4/5 — Almost perfect *2021-11-03, version 2.0.4* I’m just a few days my dog’s behavior has improved dramatically. I’ve broken behaviors I’ve worked on for months without ever going over a level 15 shock. As some people have mentioned the reconnecting to the collar when opening the app is a bit troublesome because I can’t act as swiftly as I’d like to. If a widget was added I could use on my home screen and instantly trigger the in app setting to correct things like jumping on furniture or jumping on someone that you can’t be ready for it would be the perfect app. And anyone reading these reviews BUY THE COLLAR! It’s life changing. ### 4/5 — What’s up with the BT constantly disconnecting??? *2021-07-14, version 2.0.4* This is not a new problem based on other reviews. It is, however, very annoying and frustrating. I’ve only had the collar for less than a week and it has never stayed connected even in the car! And speaking of the car, twice it has gone off in the car when she hadn’t barked and it confused the both of us. Why? I would very much appreciate an option of a single “beep”, not the “phone is off the hook” sound. It would conform with her previous collar that used a remote (less convenient for barking control) for initial misbehavior. And BTW I would never yell “Shut Up” at my dog. How obnoxious! Remove those rude default make voice commands and give us some more pleasant sounds please. I’m still reserving judgment as to whether I will keep it or not. Make me happier. ### 4/5 — Dr. Trainer *2020-12-16* The only thing I don’t like is if I don’t have the phone near the Device I’m not able to send the signal so I think she forgets that she has it on because she still a puppy and I didn’t see it on my Apple Watch but I was able to add a command and it scared her at 1st but will continue to use it! ### 4/5 — Day 1 *2020-11-30* Connecting was actually really easy I don’t know why anyone would be having a problem. I think it works great...it’s just the app seems to be a bit slow at updating when our pup barks. The collar works as intended so for I believe. The custom decibel level adjuster is nice and the amount of customizability in general is nice. Just test it on yourself first so you know what it’s going to feel like for them. I set the “auto” function & recorded my voice commands. The collar seems to work well in the auto mode. However the app disconnects constantly. There is no “run in background” function to be set so whenever my phone is locked the app disconnects The Apple Watch feature is useless because when the phone is locked the phone disconnects & so the watch feature doesn’t work. Please update your app to run in the background & also connect directly to the Apple Watch via Bluetooth. I have other products that connect directly to the watch (ex: headphones) so I don’t need my phone to use it. I always have my watch on me but don’t always have my phone. The collar would work so much better & be more convenient if it could be connected directly to the watch.
