So why change to an app that won’t see any fire ? I have 2 x Dru fires installed (apparently the premier ones on the uk market) 🤬🤬. This app worked once 6 months ago on my main fire, then stopped the following day with “not able to locate fire module” .. Spoke to installer they’ve told me that 100’s of their clients are complaining about the app. COME ON DRU - Sort this issue out. ### 1/5 — App issues *2023-12-12, version 2.1.8* I’ve had my DRU fire 8 yrs and old app was issue free. This new app won’t even let me in to add my fire. It doesn’t find and connect to fire and tells me no module found. Nothing but problems with the app! Contacted DRU to be told to contact the supplier where fire was purchased. Did this only to be told to contact DRU. Resolved by resetting hub and fire power but I’m not going to do this every time I want to light the fire.
