I’m a Critical Care Paramedic and I use this app often to figure drips and doses. It takes a while to get to know how to use the layout but becomes easier once you know how to use the app.

It does what I need. To improve: make the font of the units easier to read, i.e. Darker, brighter or bigger. For my use, it would be nice if it defaulted to ml/hr, not ml/min.

Antes era bueno, tenía medicamentos precargados, ahora no. No restaura la compra previa en settings, y te pone los anuncios. Además no tiene para borrar o retroceder en el teclado numérico y es un fastidio si te equivocaste. Hay que hacer todo desde cero, y no te ofrece banco de memorias. Tache para la app.

**Developer response:** You're right, and thank you for flagging it. The per-hour option (mcg/kg/h) was unintentionally dropped in the 6.0 redesign.   We're restoring mcg/kg/h in the next update.

Maybe this works great for anesthesiologists, but not for this critical care nurse. The way this app is set up is not great for intuitive use, and doesn’t solve all drip needs (ie, volume over time—I know it’s basic, but it should be in this app). End point for me:  I’m probably going to consider this a few bucks lost and find another app that is better for nurses needs

I have had this app for years and relied on it heavily. The new update is absolutely awful and creates the perfect recipe for Med errors. GIve back the OLD version!!!  I'll never use this app again due to the liability and risk of killing my patients. 💩💩💩😡😡😡

After the update, the app has no competitors. Simple, fast, and intuitive.
