Terrible interface *2019-02-15, version 5.7* The actual content of this app (the stuff in the book) is brilliant. It’s presentation within the app however, is awful. Slabs of unformatted text, no support for modern screen sizes and no updates for over a year. It’s not like it’s cheap either. ### 2/5 — Can’t restore my purchase !! *2018-11-10* I bought the lifetime license before , and now the app keeps telling me that my license will expire in less than a month!! Otherwise this is a good app. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. We're happy you enjoy the app, but we're really sorry for the issue with the license. At the time there was no mention of a time limitation for the license. It is now popping a message asking for another $5 for a 'lifetime' license. The multiple drug doses are all crunched together in a paragraph form w/o spacing. This makes it much more to read than when using an outline form. The text format you mentioned is intentionally designed to match the booklet written by Prof. Frank Shann, as this is the format thousands of physicians around the world are familiar with and expect. Deleted ### 1/5 — Charging twice *2017-09-30, version 5.7* I bought this app years ago. I recall no explanation of licensing options at the time. Now it is expected that a second payment is made for a “lifetime license” to continue using the app. Is this even permissible under App Store rules? It sets a bad precedent. I would like to hear the developer response. ### 1/5 — Bug or unfair change? *2015-01-04, version 4.2.1* At the time I bought the app 2 years ago, I believed I was paying for it once off as there was no mention of a 2 year licence period. The app now won't work as it says the "complimentary" licence has expired. But now this feature has been disabled. Now they've removed the code blue feature!! Development appears to have stopped, there has been no implementation of the calculator, andinformation is very scanty. It is also very overpriced. I now recommend my trainees to get ePocrates whcih is free, informative and updated. App based reference replaces the original small book format and improves on usability with out all the old coffee stains on it.
